Sales Executive

The Role:

The employee forms part of the Sales Team on full-time basis.

Direct report line is the Sales Manager.

Secure and follow up orders to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction
Achieving sales targets
Work to tight deadlines and be solution driven
Understanding customer requirements and identifying the best solutions
Liaising with clients over the phone, email and face to face meetings
Approach new potential customers
Promote long-lasting relationship with the existing clientele
Collection of payments from clients
Compilation of quotations
Represent the company at events and demonstrations
Other departmental tasks as required by Manager

Required skills and knowledge:

Sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs
Ability to provide the ESS customers a great experience including aftersales service
A good command of both Maltese and English languages
A natural flair in sales with negotiating skills
At least ordinary level of education
Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
Computer savvy especially in Excel / Word / Outlook
Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive employment track record
Clean police conduct
