The Selected candidate will form of the technical team on a full-time basis
Responsible to the Field Service Supervisor
Maintenance and commissioning of uninterruptable power supplies systems
maintenance and commissioning of Voltage Stabilizers
maintenance and commissioning of Power Factor Correctors
Understanding customer requirements and identifying the best solutions
maintenance and commissioning of Electrical Switchgear
resolve customer issues and complaints for the various electrical and electronic systems
service, commission, de-Commission, Test, Repair, carry out planned / reactive maintenance,upgrade, diagnose faults and carry out the respective repairs
liaise and build positive relationships with vendors, suppliers and clients
ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times
present a professional image of the company at all times both internally and externally
any administration duties as per department needs
to support and help out with other Stores duties as and when required
other departmental tasks as required by superiors
Required skills and knowledge:
In possession of a Higher Technical Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
A good command of both Maltese and English is a must
Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
languages
Be pro-active and have self-initiative in a fast-paced environment
Be able to work on computer-based systems
Customer oriented
Positive employment track record
Organised and able to prioritise
Responsible and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Clean police conduct
Electrician's License A & B will be considered an asset
