The employee forms part of the Delivery Team on full-time basis.
Direct report line is the Delivery supervisor.
To ensure that all deliveries are delivered on time according to schedule reflecting the operation's schedule.
To ensure that products and equipment are delivered in the same state as when loaded.
Responsible for proper loading and securing of trolleys / crates to prevent movement and allow safe transport, and assist in loading and unloading as required.
Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips; responsible for returning company vehicle in the same state as taken.
Keep the interior and exterior of the company vehicle clean.
To report any incidents that occur with immediate effect to superior.
Report any noted defects on company vehicles to superior.
Observe all related driving and health and safety regulations as specified by law and company standards.
Any other duties that may arise from time to time, are linked to the duties above due to the exigencies of the operations supporting within the company Stores
Represent the company at events and demonstrations
Carry out other duties that can be allocated or delegated by the superiors.
Required skills and knowledge:
Be in possession of Category B and C driving licenses.
Possess excellent command of English and ideally Maltese languages.
