The Role:

The selected candidate will form part of the ESS Logistics department on a full-time permanent basis working closely with the Sales Team.

We are looking for champions – the most passionate and driven to join our dynamic team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administrative duties related to the incoming of goods
• Filing of documents
• Co-ordination with foreign and local suppliers
• Presenting official orders and coordination with vendors and warehouses
• Organising shipments
• Communication with Customs
• Assist the current team in all the logistical arrangements of shipments from foreign suppliers
• Other tasks as required by departmental Manager

Required skills and abilities:

• Organisation skills
• Responsible and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Computer proficiency
• A good command of both Maltese and English is a must
• Previous experience in purchasing, transportation, warehousing functions and customs clearance would be ideal
• Clean police conduct
