The Role:

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing execution from concept through to completion, ensuring technical precision, efficiency, and successful delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical evaluations and feasibility studies to support project proposals and design solutions
• Collaborate with the Project team in planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• Interface with approved subcontractors and suppliers to align deliverables with project specifications and schedules
• Prepare clear, structured, and technically sound reports and documentation for internal and client use
• Track and report on project milestones, budgets, and timelines; participate in site meetings and provide regular progress updates
• Support the delivery of high-impact, innovative projects through sound engineering practices and creative problem-solving

Required skills and abilities:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Eng Hons) and a valid warrant to practice as an Engineer in accordance with Maltese law
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
