Stores Personnel

The Role:

The employee forms part of the Stores Personnel on a full-time basis.

Direct report line is the Stores Manager.

  • To carry out and help the Head of Stores in stock maximization
  • Upkeeping of warehouse
  • Organizing and managing incoming supplies
  • Inspection for discrepancies or damages
  • Preparation of orders for deliveries from pick lists
  • Assist in transfers of goods to the appropriate different stores area
  • Assist in loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse
  • Deal with walk-in customers and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
  • Carrying the company’s brand image
  • Providing the right experience within the parameters of the current Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures to our customers
  • Other departmental tasks as required by Manager

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Positive employment track record
  • Organised and able to prioritise
  • Responsible and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Energy and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic IT skills
  • A good command of both Maltese and English is a must
  • Clean police conduct
