Stores Personnel

The Role:

The employee forms part of the Stores Personnel on a full-time basis.

Direct report line is the Stores Manager.

To carry out and help the Head of Stores in stock maximization
Upkeeping of warehouse
Organizing and managing incoming supplies
Inspection for discrepancies or damages
Preparation of orders for deliveries from pick lists
Assist in transfers of goods to the appropriate different stores area
Assist in loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse
Deal with walk-in customers and assist them in a professional and courteous manner
Carrying the company’s brand image
Providing the right experience within the parameters of the current Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures to our customers
Other departmental tasks as required by Manager

Required skills and knowledge:

Friendly and outgoing personality
Positive employment track record
Organised and able to prioritise
Responsible and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Energy and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic IT skills
A good command of both Maltese and English is a must
Clean police conduct
