Receptionist

The Role:

The selected candidate will hold the position of a receptionist on a full-time basis

Direct report line is the operations manager

  • Greeting cusotmers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Day to day administrative work
  • Printing, scanning and binding
  • Approach new potential customers
  • Other departmental tasks as required by Manager

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English & Maltese Languages
  • Team player and willing to learn
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Experience will be considered an asset
