Logistics Executive

Logistics Executive — ESS Ltd.

The Role:

The employee forms part of the Operations Team on a full-time basis.

Direct report line is the Department Manager (Logistics).

  • Perform administrative duties related to the incoming of goods
  • File documents and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with local and international suppliers
  • Organise shipments and communicate with Customs
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by the Department Manager

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in computer use (e.g., Excel / Word / Outlook)
  • Experience in purchasing, transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance is ideal
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities
