The Role:

We’re looking for a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Executive to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design and wants to apply their skills across both digital and print platforms, while also gaining hands-on experience in areas like website upkeep, campaign setup, and content creation.

• Ideal for recent graphic design graduates looking to grow in a design-focused marketing role.
• Design will be the core of your day-to-day tasks, but you'll also support the wider marketing function across multiple channels and platforms. If you’re looking for a varied, fast-paced role that will help you grow your skill set beyond the basics - this is it.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Create artworks for print and digital use, including social media content, newsletters, banners, and magazine adverts
• Design engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva that align with our brand
• Assist in producing and scheduling content across digital platforms

Website Upkeep

• Update banners, images, and written content regularly (no coding required)
• Manage and upload new supplier products on our online shop using Excel

Digital Campaign Support

• Assist in setting up digital ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms (training provided)
• Help monitor campaign visuals and performance, ensuring assets are correctly published

Event & Marketing Support

• Support the marketing team in events, including visual merchandising, PR initiatives, and live content
• Contribute to marketing blog posts and advertorials when needed

Client Interaction & Team Collaboration

• Respond professionally to basic client queries related to marketing content
• Collaborate with the team to bring campaigns to life and report directly to the Marketing Manager

Required skills and abilities:

• Level 5 or higher qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Skilled in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and consistency
• Organised, reliable, and open to learning new skills
• Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an asset
• Clean police conduct
