The Role:

ESS Ltd, a leading lighting supplier in Malta, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our Lighting Sales team.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, driving sales, and offering expert product guidance.

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom
• Drive sales and work towards set targets
• Identify and pursue new business leads
• Build strong client relationships and understand their needs
• Present and demonstrate lighting products and solutions
• Provide product knowledge and basic lighting guidance
• Prepare sales reports and share market feedback
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Handle after-sales queries professionally

Required skills and abilities:

• Strong sales and customer service attitude
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
• Confident, organised, and reliable
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Experience in lighting or a related field is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
