Lighting Projects Team: Opportunity for Architecture & Interior Design Students

ESS is offering Architecture and Interior Design students the opportunity to join our specialist Lighting Projects Team.

This role provides hands-on exposure to architectural lighting solutions across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

What You Will Gain

This position is designed to provide a practical understanding of how lighting is integrated into modern design. As part of our team, you will:

• Work on lighting layouts and technical specifications for live projects
• Gain experience using industry-standard lighting design software (such as DIALux EVO or Relux)
• Learn how to translate design concepts into functional lighting solutions
• Develop a technical understanding of different architectural lighting solutions and their applications
• Gain access to the most elusive lighting brands in the architecture and design space, including renowned names such as Flos, Foscarini, Artemide, and Davide Groppi

Build Your Practical Skills

We are looking for students who want to develop technical and design skills outside the classroom.

You will see first-hand how lighting shapes spaces and work alongside professionals to deliver high-spec project requirements.
